At the top right, next to our logo, click on the person icon (myAccount). Then, enter your email address and password, and click ‘Register’.

To create an order, you need to be registered. After this select your desired items, add to cart, go to the shopping cart from the top right of this website. You will need to fill in your name, company name, address and phone number. Select your preferred payment method and complete payment. We will deliver your order as soon as possible.

We provide multiple payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Ideal, PayPal, Bancontact, Direct Debit and Klarna. Our payment provider is ADYEN.

Free shipping for orders above 150 euro net and samples. There is 6.95 euro shipping fee for orders less than 150 euro net.

In order to make a return, please contact our customer service.

For business: In order to receive a partial or a full refund, you need to contact our Customer Service.
For consumers: Your refund will be processed automatically within 14 days using the same payment method as your original order.

All orders placed before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day. Usually most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.
